Advanced preparation system for refrigerated bodies

Our refrigerated body preparation line is designed for effectiveness and efficiency, reducing waste and optimizing the process.It is equipped with:

• Manually adjustable templates that allow it to adapt to different sizes during preparation. They are longitudinal, through idle roller chains, driven by gear motors.
• Orthogonal Transfers: Positioned at both the beginning and end of the line, they facilitate the movement of components.
• Workstations equipped with liftable gyros, allowing separation of the preparation template from the main transfer line.
• Specialized Machinery: The line includes machines for applying foam-melt,hot-melt and protective film. In addition, there is a press for the evaporator plates and a manipulator for unloading the body to the foaming plant.
