Automatic cluster machine for glass jars

We have developed an automatic packaging machine specifically designed for glass jars:

Functionality: This cluster machine is ideal for 285gr (314ml) glass jars and is completed with a cardboard wrapping band. The system ensures accurate and safe packaging, protecting the contents during handling and distribution.

Customized Loading: The machine offers the flexibility to load customized cartons prior to start-up in production, during operation or at size changeover. This ensures smooth and uninterrupted production.

Automation: Cardboard conforming and packaging takes place automatically. This process takes place as the jars are transferred from the loading station to the unloading station, optimizing production time.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Types Jars: A=130gr (156ml), B=180gr (212ml), C=285gr (314ml), D=525gr (580ml).
• Packaging Type: 2x156ml – 3x156ml – 2x212ml – 3x212ml – 1x580ml – 2x580ml.
• Cardboard Dimensions: 157mmx345mm (specifications for the package 2x314ml).
• Productivity: 60 pieces/minute (for packages up to 314ml).
