Precision screwing trolley for railway convoys

We have developed a screwing trolley specifically designed for the needs of rail convoy assembly lines:

Maneuverability: The trolley is equipped with rear pivoting wheels with brakes, allowing easy manual movement. This design allows the equipment to be efficiently positioned both during operations and during breaks, in different areas of the company.

Advanced Features: The trolley is equipped with an ascent/descent system via a pantograph, which is ideal for positioning couplers and draw bars in relation to railroad boxes. In addition, the trolley’s articulated arm can be raised or lowered via a balancer, offering “zero gravity” handling. The arm can also rotate through articulated joints and translate horizontally through linear recirculating ball bearing guides.

Electric Screwdriver: Mounted on the carriage, the screwdriver offers a maximum torque of 2000 Nm. The screwdriver controls are strategically placed on the front handle, which also facilitates positioning of the equipment.

Compliance and Safety: The cart comes with a detailed manual and CE marking, ensuring its compliance with European standards and ensuring maximum safety during use.
