Specialized manipulator for sheet metal loading

We have developed a manipulator specifically designed to improve the efficiency of sandwich panel production lines intended for sound insulation:

Main Function: This manipulator is responsible for taking sheet metal sheets from the storage pallet, located on the floor, and accurately positioning them on the templates on the assembly line.

Gripper System: Sheet metal positioning is done by two integrated gripper units, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the process.

Versatility: The equipment is designed to handle sheets with varying thicknesses, ranging from 0.32mm up to 1mm, offering great operational flexibility.

With this specialized manipulator, we aim to provide an efficient and practical solution for sheet metal loading, with precision and safety in the assembly process.
